This course is ideal for managers, supervisors, operators, technical services, R&D, QA/QC, maintenance professionals, and individuals new to the pharmaceutical or supplement industries. The training provides practical tools and insights that can be immediately applied in a tablet manufacturing environment.
Participants will be guided through the entire tablet-making process, from equipment assembly and setup to operation, troubleshooting, and cleaning. Hands-on demonstrations and guided exercises allow attendees to evaluate compressed tablets, understand the manufacturing pathways used, and identify common tableting challenges and defects.
