In The Techceuticals Lab
Kraemer & Ischi HC6.2 Tablet Hardness Tester
The Techceuticals lab is equipped with the Kraemer & Ischi HC6.2 Tablet Hardness Tester, a high-performance, user-friendly instrument designed to measure the hardness of tablets and capsules with exceptional precision. This robust device, available for hands-on training in our lab, offers a wide range of features, including automatic tablet alignment, an integrated touch screen interface, and multiple test modes. Its advanced technology ensures accurate and reliable results, making it an essential tool for quality control in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
Ischi AE-2 Friability & Abrasion Tester
The Techceuticals lab proudly houses the Ischi AE-2 Friability & Abrasion Tester, an innovative and reliable instrument designed to evaluate the durability and resistance of tablets and capsules during handling, transportation, and storage. This versatile device, available for hands-on training in our facility, offers both friability and abrasion testing capabilities, ensuring comprehensive analysis of your products. Equipped with an intuitive user interface, multiple test options, and high-quality construction, the AE-2 is an invaluable asset for maintaining the highest standards in product quality.
Charles Ischi Lab Line AE Friabilator
The AE-2 friabilator in the Techceuticals lab measures tablet resistance to abrasion and
impact. Trainees run friability alongside hardness on the same tablets and learn what each test
actually tells them, since the two measure different properties and a tablet can perform well on
one and poorly on the other.
Charles Ischi Tablet Disintegration Tester
The DISI-M disintegration tester lets trainees measure how quickly tablets break down under
standard conditions. Together with hardness and friability testing, it shows how formulation and
compression changes carry through to tablet performance, and how a decision made at the press
shows up in a test result later.
