The MG2 Suprema Capsule Filler in the Techceuticals
lab is a continuous-motion production machine
capable of filling up to 48,000 capsules per hour.
Its modular design supports multiple dosing
applications, including powders, pellets, and
tablets, in capsule sizes 000 through 5. During
Techceuticals training programs, participants gain
hands-on experience with capsule-filling principles,
machine setup, operation, changeover, and the
process variables that affect fill-weight
consistency and finished-capsule quality. The
Suprema gives trainees practical exposure to
production-scale encapsulation technology in a
controlled laboratory environment.
